Neel is also the co-founder of a social commerce platform that was acquired, a member of the Board of Directors of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) and a member of YPO. Neel was formerly a member of the Executive Committee for noon, an ecommerce marketplace launched by EMAAR in Dubai as well as previously on the Boards of PrimeSport, Rakuten North America, Linkshare, Coastal.com and Buy.com and an Executive Operating Partner for Clearlake Capital. Previously Neel was a corporate securities lawyer at Brobeck and Jones Day. Neel received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law, Order of The Coif, and his B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Irvine where he was a two-time Captain of the Division I Men's Tennis Team that was consistently ranked in the Top 10 in the US.

Leslie focuses on enforcement against unauthorized and illegal online sellers for both direct sales and retail clients, identifying sellers and unraveling complex diversion schemes in the U.S. and internationally. Leslie also leads Vorys’ in-house investigation and volume enforcement teams and is a contributor to the Marketplace Solutions blog. Prior to joining Vorys, Leslie worked as a staff attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Alice M. Craft in the U.S. Department of Labor- Office of Administrative Law Judges. Leslie received her J.D. cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law, where she was a comment editor and a staff member of the Dayton Law Review.
